We’re delighted to announce that we have undergone a successful CQC Inspection and received a Good rating!

The Care Quality Commission are the regulators of health services in England. They carry out inspections to assess the quality of service, levels of safety and standards of leadership.

We were glad to welcome a team of inspectors into Custom Vision Clinic over two days in February and March 2022. They met staff and patients and scrutinised our facilities and records.

Safe, Effective, Caring

The report from their inspection highlights the compassion and kindness with which we treat patients. It also praises our brilliant clinic team and leadership for providing a safe and effective setting in which to have eye surgery.

We were rated as Good in every aspect of the CQC report.
